Hunting Vintage
Whenever home has a space, furniture is needed. Hours before moving to West I have been searching (instead of packing stuffs) storage for the West home. (OK. Lets give it a name, The West Home) Recently I have been infatuated by the vintage furnitures (esp. bookcases) on ebay. Globe wernicke is the name I am looking for. They are vintage, with history, generally in reasonable (useable) condition. Although the original brand is no longer existing. (defunct in 1955) Back in the days, they had manufactured all over the world. Unsurprisingly one of the factories was located in London, UK. Therefore you can easily find them on ebay.co.uk. Globe wernicke bookcases are also called barrister bookcase. 3-tier is around £100 depends on the conditions.
